Job description  

As the HR Officer, your role involves more than just tasks; it's about how you interact. You'll need excellent communication skills to listen to and support employees. Collaboration is key for working well with other departments. Being adaptable means you can handle different situations smoothly. And strong leadership helps you guide employees and create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee salary administration and payroll processes.
  • Provide HR details to Finance and salary processing.
  • Manage employee evaluations.
  • Implement satisfaction measurement tools to gauge employee engagement.
  • Manage recruitment, screen applications, conduct interviews, and prepare contracts.
  • Oversee the onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Develop training plans, coaching programs, and certification processes.
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Resource Management (HRM) or a related field, such as Business Administration or Psychology
  • Proven experience in HR management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR procedures and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and adapt.
  • Strong leadership skills for employee guidance and fostering a positive environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and a commitment to ongoing professional development are a plus.
  • Full command of English (written and verbal)
