Key Responsibilities

  • Review sales contracts
  • (assist in) Negotiations wit clients/ suppliers
  • Review supplier/subcontractors contracts
  • Filing-contract register
  • Develop and maintain Legal procedures
  • Report to Managing Director

    • Periodic monitoring

    • Monthly reporting for Management Meeting
    • Quarterly supplier evaluation
    • Maintenance of NDA contracts

Requirements:

  • Graduation from HBO/ WO in law
  • Preference for 3 years experience
  • Knowledge of industry contracts is a pre
  • Part time / full time
